Shipping Packages: No more than 3 days prior to the event. A handling charge of $10.50/box or $250/pallet each way will apply to all incoming/outgoing boxes. Boxes stored longer than 3 days will incur a charge of $25/box per day.

Receiving Window

We will begin accepting and storing shipments starting Saturday, September 4th.

Shipments arriving before this date may incur early‑arrival storage fees.

Storage Before the Conference

All materials received on or after September 4th will be stored onsite and complimentary until the conference begins.

Early‑Arrival Storage Fees 

If packages arrive before September 4th, storage charges may apply:

  • $5 per box per day

  • $50 per pallet per day

Outgoing Shipping Instructions

When the conference concludes, please follow the guidelines below for any materials you plan to ship out from the Haworth Hotel:

Preparing Your Outbound Packages

  • All items must be fully packed, taped, and ready for shipment.

  • The hotel does not provide packing supplies.

  • Each item must have a completed carrier shipping label already attached (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or third‑party courier).

  • Labels must include your company name, return address, and shipment destination.

  • Labels must be securely attached before drop‑off, as hotel staff cannot apply labels for you.

Dropping Off Outgoing Items

  • Outbound packages may be dropped off at the Front Desk.

  • Hotel staff will store your items until your scheduled carrier pickup.

Carrier Pickup

  • Exhibitors are responsible for scheduling their own carrier pickup within 5 days of departure.

  • Please ensure the pickup is scheduled during standard business hours.

  • Provide your carrier with the Haworth Hotel’s name and address, and any necessary instructions for locating the pickup area.

  • The hotel cannot call or coordinate with carriers on your behalf.

No Outbound Handling Fees

The Haworth Hotel does not charge any fees for outbound handling.
You are responsible only for your carrier’s shipping costs.

Important Reminders

  • Packages without labels cannot be released to carriers.

  • Carriers cannot pick up after hours.

  • Items left behind without instructions may be discarded after a grace period.
